Policies & FAQ's
We utilize a metal stamp set to personalize your fans. Stamping is complimentary, with a limit of 5 alphanumeric characters per fan. Please be aware that we are unable to include any symbols. Any stamp requests exceeding 5 characters will either be adjusted by us to fit the available space, or denied, resulting in the fans not being stamped.

FAQ'S
I am a beginner. What fan is best for me?
We believe there's no such thing as a "beginner fan." The choice depends on the spinning style you're aiming for. Our fans are crafted for technical spinning and are suitable for both beginners and advanced spinners. Compact and lightweight, they enable effortless dancing and free movement without causing fatigue.
1.5, 1.75, or 2" rings?
1.5" spinning rings allow for 2 fingers in and 2 fingers out. Usually the ring and middle finger will be used for spinning and the pinky and pointer will be used for controlling the fan.
1.75" spinning ring will allow users with slender fingers to use 3 fingers comfortably or those with larger fingers 2 fingers in and 2 out.
2" spinning ring is usually for those who have larger fingers to accommodate, 2 fingers in and 2 out with a bit of extra room. However, some spinners like to use 3 fingers in and 1 out with a bit of extra room.
What are the differences between the flat grip and the Doodlegrip™?
On our Doodlegrip™ fan line, the rounded handle with flat sides encourages fluent transitions through different hand grips, and allows ultimate control throughout the transition from one point to another.
Our Flat Grip fan line, the flat surface of the grip offers quick, clean stops at right angles in relation to the spinners arms.
Both fans can achieve the same results. Again, it comes down to personal preference.
I have rust on my fans. What do I do?
Our products are made from high quality cold rolled steel which, can rust if exposed to humid air or moisture. If you find your grips a bit rusty, grab a scotchbrite pad and buff the rust away. Coat exposed metal with coconut oil or food grade mineral oil (do not use veg, olive or any other comparable cooking oils) to protect and prevent future rusting. You can use a rag and lightly saturate with oil to use on your grips. Keep this rag in a ziplock bag with your props for a quick and easy way to oil your grips.
We have designed all of our fire fans with the utmost attention payed to balance, weight reduction, and durability. We very rarely deviate from our thoroughly tested line of fans, which we consider ideal. It's very important to us that our potential customers understand that it's not that we don't want to make you happy, but rather that we feel confident that our fans the way they are... will do just that.
